There were three people standing at the birth of Happy Training & Consulting. And in spite of the fact that there are more of us working on projects both at home and in Europe, here you can meet the three of us who are "guilt" of all of that. You can also read about the "WHY“ of each of us, because it usually determines how we can „sit“ to one another and thus also the extent to which we would be able to help you. We’ll be glad to introduce the others to you too if you are interested and if your project will need it.
WHY HAPPY
I believe that the results come as a byproduct of doing something that makes sense and what we are talented for. Doing it in the way that charges us with energy.
Only in this way are we willing to step out of our comfort zone. Only this way are we able to reach even better results than anybody could squeeze from us.
I believe that this is how it works both with people and companies. I also believe that my mission is to help people and companies to better understand their talents and the talents of the others. I help them to interconnect the talents, give them a meaning, supplement them with necessary skills and thus reach the best possible results.
WHO IS ZBYNĚK
For 18 years Zbyněk worked in various positions in both multinational corporations and Czech companies in positions from Sales Representative to Company Director. During his training and consulting practice he has worked with dozens of companies both in Czech Republic and in Europe, primarily in the FMCG, automotive, banking a pharmaceutical industries.
Among clients he has worked with are : 3M, Austis, BEL sýry, Bohemia Sekt, DHL, Draka Kabely, Harsco, Infiniti, Johnson & Johnson, KB, Makro, Nissan, Nowaco, PPG Industrie, Procter & Gamble, Real City, Stock Plzeň, Sberbank, and many others.
